I have had responses from everyone and we are looking at a party of 28, unfortunately John and Brenda's friends have already booked another holiday at the same time so they will not be joining us this year. June and Rex are coming to Torquay, but the jouney to Portugal is too much for June. (we will miss you both) However I am pleased to tell you that Pru & David will be joining us, so we welcome them both to our group. Carol & Eric may join us if at all possible.

Before I formally book it I need to know what type of room you would like.

A room with no balcony or room with a balcony at an additional cost of £35.00 per week per person.
Please ring me on 2375186 to let me know as soon as possible. If you have already advised me no need to ring.

Brian & Di will not be flying with us as they will be travelling from their place in Spain to join us at the Hotel.

I have all your dates of birth and passport details with the exception of Pru & David so can you let me have them as soon as possible.

Here I am again asking you for some more money, sorry. I need a deposit of £50.00 per person, however the balance isn't due until 9 weeks before we go. No hurry for the cheques (made payable to M Barratt) as I will not be sending the deposit until early July.
